- Which Web Browser and version? ie Internet Explorer 4,5,6
- Do you have a Firewall? Which Firewall and version? ie Norton,
ZoneAlarm
- Is the computer at home or at work?
- If at home, which ISP do you use?
Also explain exactly when the problem occurs. If you get an error
message it will help if you can copy this into your email.
